How to get to Alhambra Apartments

We are inside Granada´s old arab neighbourhood, Albaicín, Driving through these streets is not easy. Our reccommendation is to go directly to a public parking (see the list at the bottom) or book one of our parking spaces.

If you arrive by Train or Bus, the easiest way is taking a taxi. Before seating in the taxi, make sure you inform the driver that your are going to "San Juan de los Reyes" street, not all Taxis can drive through it.

If you have a car and want to come closer to the apartments to drop your luggage, make sure you read this guide because it has important information to avoid fines or damages in your car.

This is where we are. Albaicin neighbourhood

Narrow Streets

If you car is bigger or you don´t want to drive through there, the closest point to leave your luggage would be 300m away. Calle Cuesta de la Victoria or Cuesta del Chapiz.
The access to our private garage is possible for almost every normal car, our parking has a limited length of 4,85m.
If you have a van or a very long car, contact us before for instructions.

Beaware of traffic signs

When driving through a different city, you might focus on your navigation system, but you need to keep an eye in traffic signs which warn you about some other rules ignored by the GPS. Restricted lanes for bus or taxis or street size are some examples.

We have an agreement with them for 23€/day.

Parking Puerta Real

Another option with good location in Granada centre. Aroung 15 minutes walking to the apartments.

Parking Triunfo

Further from the apartments, but is still a nice 25 minutes walk through Gran Vía. It has an easy access after leaving the highway.

Parking San Cristóbal

This is the only parking in the Albaicin, with easy access from Carretera de Murcia. It is within 15 minutes walk, but through narrow cobblestone streets and stairs, not easy if you carry a troley. Low prices for long stays. 15€/day for 1 or 2 days. 12€/day for 3 days and 10€/day for more than 5

Parking Luna

If you hate driving in the cities and avoid confusing gps directions, this is your best option. You will find this parking right after leaving the highway. It has a good rating in Google too.

Parking Traumatología

One of the cheapest options. Is a bit out of the way, near the bus station and some shopping malls.

On-street Parking

In the following map we include some areas where you can park for free and relatively safe. The small green square is the closest to the apartments.
